What Does this sonography Test Result Mean?
Hi , my wife has the first pregnancy 10 weeks now,the results of Sonar test determine that : Gravid uterus with single irregular unhealthy intrauterine gestational sac,& with single small fetal node,with undetected fetal heart pulsation GA by CRL = 6 weeks+1day & by MSD=8 weeks. there is no evidence of pri-sac hematoma. no adnexal mass. Blood test , WBC = 5.4 , HGB = 12.2 , PLT = 237 , MCV = 76.7 Age = 24 , weight = 48 kg,blood pressure = 8/5 Doctor recommended that to take these drugs, Folic Acid BP 5 mg & Navidoxine,Meclozine , B6 Please , explain for us the best treatment that will be our kid giving birth live & normal ... Fetal heart beat should have been visualized by this age.
There is discrepancy in maturity in between LMP calculation and fetal age by USG.
She need follow up USG after 2 weeks.
Main concerning factor is irregular unhealthy G-sac which may indicate missed abortion.So,you should wait till next USG.
She is prescribed right medicines for morning sickness.She should take it continuously.
